Greg Evensen author of the book: The Sovereignty Papers. As a resident of Michigans Upper Peninsula, Greg Evensen graduated from Baker University in 1972, with a degree in education.Greg was an Olathe, Kansas, Police Department officer in 1973. He was appointed to the United States Secret Service in 1974, but was budget cut that same year.Greg then served as a Kansas State Trooper, having the first ever Governors Award for heroism above and beyond the call of duty conferred on him by Governor Robert Bennett in 1975.He also served as a Kansas Marshal.Greg earned a Masters Degree in Education Administration from Northern Michigan University.He was awarded a Ph.D. in 1980, with a dissertation concerning Americas coming confrontation with the worlds aggressor nations entitled, Security in America: Are We Secure?
